Obituary

Mrs. Bonnie Lou Hall, age 61 of Flat Lick, KY was ushered into the Holy Presence of our Savior on December 27, 2020 at the Pikeville Medical Center after a courageous battle.

Bonnie was born September 14, 1959 in Pineville, KY to the late Lee Ramey and Mable Sizemore.

She married her loving husband, John Hall. After becoming a wife and mother, Bonnie chased her dream of becoming a Registered Nurse and graduated from Eastern Kentucky University. Her career as a nurse allowed her to touch many lives with her love and kindness. It also opened the door to many lifelong friendships. God used her to touch the lives in all areas of nursing as an advocate for her patients as a comfort for their families. Nurse Bonnie has touched many lives that forever keep the nursing standards high.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her father, Lee Ramey; two brothers Lee Ramey Jr., and Jacky Lyn Ramey.

Left to celebrate Bonnie’s life, her husband John Hall of 46 years; two children Jonathan Hall and Joni Hall; three grandchildren Charles Hall, Landon Frye, and Jaycee Frye; Her mother Mable Sizemore; sister Carolyn Mills; four brothers, Charles Ramey Sr., Marshall Ramey (Dorlene) Johnny Ramey (Jaquetta) and Roger Ramey. A host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Bonnie enjoyed every moment with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was totally dedicated to her children in all aspects of their lives. She had a passion for traveling, especially to the beach. Bonnie had a bright and energetic personality and known for the smile on her face.

God saw you getting tired, when a cure was not to be. So He wrapped His arms around you and whispered, "Come unto me".
Bonnie was a good nurse, quick witted, a great sense of humor and a true patient advocate. Our nursing professional will be a little dimmer without her light. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family now and in the upcoming days. - ContinueCARE Hospital Nursing Staff.
