Darrell Cox

Darrell Dewayne Cox, age 48, of Jenson, passed away Thursday, August 15, 2019 at his home in Jenson. He was born October 13, 1970 in Pontiac, Michigan to Darrell Dean Cox and Dorothy Valentine Cox.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents Steve and Ola Cox and Chester and Nannie Valentine.

He is survived by his parents Darrell and Dorothy Cox; children Michael Dewayne and wife (Deanna) Cox, Kayla Leigh Cox and husband (Tyler Goodie) Sabrina Nicole Cox and fiancé (Jason Abner); grandchildren Kaelyn Faith Cox, Emmalyn Mae Cox and Presleigh Kaye Goodie; sisters Darlene (Jarvis) Helton and Lisa Cox Helton; very special aunt Betty Peters; special cousin Jatina Ritchie; 13 nieces and nephews, a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be 2PM Monday, August 19, 2019 at Brooks-Durham Funeral Home, Pineville, with Rev. David Rice, burial will follow in Cox Cemetery, Jenson, with family and friends as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends after 12 on Monday, August 19, 2019 until the funeral hour at 2PM at Brooks-Durham Funeral Home, Pineville.
