Toby Haley

Toby Haley, age 51 of Pineville, KY departed this life, September 21, 2021, at Saint Joseph in Lexington, KY. Toby worked hard his entire life, he grew up to own his own business, Haley Construction. One of his greatest accomplishments was building his family home alongside his family, friends and youngest daughter, Ashley, who tagged along every step of the way. He enjoyed wood working and building many different things for his loved ones. Toby was kindhearted and everywhere he went he made a friend; there was not anything he wouldn’t do to help someone in need. He grew up in the Holiness faith and preached for many years; he loved visiting other churches and faiths to spread the word of God, he was able to touch many lives though out his time on earth, most importantly Toby always remained a man of faith and a child of God.

Toby was preceded in death by his mother Mick Johnson; father-in-law Otis Buddy Cox; brothers-in-law Mike Cox and Richard Cox; sister-in-law Lisa Fuson.

Survivors include his wife, Kimberly Cox Haley; daughters Ashley Haley and Erica Jackson; father Charles Partin and stepmother, Nancy Partin; brothers Scott Haley, Bruce Haley and Steve Haley; sisters Donna Baker, Jessica Partin Looney and Erica Partin Reed; grandchildren Mackenzie Sierra Jackson, Olivia Alexandria Jackson, Ava Noel Mills and Oliver Dean Mills; brothers-in-law Gary Fuson and Arnold Fuson; sister-in-law Cheryl Fuson; mother-in-law Freida “Dolly” Hampton; special friend Arthur Jackson. A host of nieces, nephews’ other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services will be 2PM, Saturday September 25, 2021, at Brooks-Durham Funeral Home with Bro. Arthur Jackson; Chris Fuson will provide music. Burial will take place at Pine lawn Memorial Garden Cemetery with pallbearers as family and friends.

The family will receive friends after 12 noon on Saturday, September 25, 2021, until the funeral hour at 2PM at Brooks-Durham Funeral Home. The Brooks-Durham Funeral Home is honored to serve the Haley family and ask that you keep them in your prayers.
