Hazel Hensley age 63 of Pineville, KY passed away November 30, 2015 at the Pineville Community Hospital, she was born June 3, 1952 in Bell County, KY to the late Kenneth and Mattie Miller Frye.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by grandson Austin Taylor; brother David Frye and sister Glenda Frye.
Survivors include her husband Donnie Hensley, son Albert Hensley and daughter Donna Hensley Taylor; grandchildren Christy Gambrel and Blake Taylor; brothers Jim Frye, Kenneth Frye, Floyd ‘Duck’ Frye and Larry Frye; sisters Mevelene Carnes, Casey Frye and Shelia Frye. A host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
