Tyler Hensley

Tyler Hensley, 20, of Fourmile, passed away on Sunday, May 29, 2011 at his home. He was born in Pineville, KY on July 8,1990 the son of Michelle and James Collins and Ivahn Cedillo. He had been in the National Guard and a believer in the Pentecostal faith.

He was preceded in death by his uncles Eddie Collins, Ray Cedillo; great-grandmother Lottie Smith; great-uncle William Smith .

Survivors include his daughter, Hailie Nicole Hensley; his parents Michelle and James Collins and Ivahn Cedillo; sisters Jamie Collins, Brittany Collins and Katherine Collins; brothers Raymond Gibson, Brandon Cedillo and Zachary Cedillo; grandparents Geraldine Smith, Kenneth Hensley, Myrtle and Bo Bo Collins and Rudy and Georgia Cedillo; girlfriend Chelsey Smith; special uncles Chris Cedillo, David Hensley and Terry Collins; special friends Mark Woods, Ryan Taylor, Chris Middleton, Fred Thompson, Brittany Partin and Stephanie Owens.

Services will be at 2:00 PM on Thursday June 2, 2011 at Brooks-Durham Funeral Home with Rev. Darrell Lowe and Rev. Arthur Jackson. Music will be by provided Penny Emery. Burial will be in the Pinelawn Memorial Garden Cemetery at East Pineville with Fred Thompson, Ryan Taylor, Chris Middleton, David Hensley, Mark Woods and Terry Collins serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends after 6:00 PM Wednesday June 1, 2011 at the Brooks-Durham Funeral Home which is honored to be serving the Hensley Family.
