Clifford Jones

Clifford Jones, age 75 of Fourmile, KY passed away on March 2, 2022 from health complications at the University of Tennessee Hospital. Clifford was born November 5, 1946 to the late Sudie Jones and Robert Couch. He grew up in Fourmile where he then raised his family who he loved greatly. He worked at and retired from the coal mines. Clifford loved to fish and spend his time with family and friends and was of the Pentecostal faith. God gained a very special and one of a kind man, he will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Clifford is survived by his wife of 44 years, Wanda Jones; children, George (Laura) Black, Reda (Delbert) North, Jamie Jones, Ramona (Amos) Sizemore and Jermey (Danielle) Smith; grandchildren, Joshua (Holly) Black, Martisa (Steve) House, Alisha (Joshua) Mosley, Jeffery (Coutney) Sizemore, Kendra Black, Lakeisha (Charles) Simpson, Cliffton (Danielle) Sizemore, Jayden Black, Landen Smith, Kelan Smith and Olivia Smith; a host of great-grandchildren, siblings, and other family and friends. Very special family and friends, Ulis (Angie) Lingar and their children; daughter-in-law, Tammy Jones.

Clifford was preceded in death by his mother, Sudie Jones and father, Robert Couch; son, Clifford “Sug” Jones; daughter, Paiden “Boo” Burton and siblings. May Clifford rest in peace and be remembered for the wonderful man he was.

Graveside services will be on Saturday, March 5, 2022 at Bain Cemetery at 2PM. The Brooks-Durham Funeral Home is honored to serve the Jones family and ask that you keep them in your prayers.
