Kay Collett

Kay Collett, age 70 of Middlesboro, KY departed this life on August 29, 2024 at Tri-State Health and Rehabilitation in Harrogate, TN, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on September 3, 1953, in Sandy Hook, KY to the late Victor and Christene Lewis Fraley. 

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Donnie Collett and brothers, Victor Clayton "Bub" Fraley and Randell Fraley.

Kay is survived by her son Billy Collett and his wife Mindy and one granddaughter Caitlin Collett. 

Graveside services will be on Monday, September 2, 2024 at 2PM at Jenson Cemetery with Rev. William Collett. The Brooks-Durham Funeral Home is honored to serve the Collett family and ask that you keep them in your prayers.
