Levita Mae Hudson McDaniel age 92 of Pineville, KY gained her wings on Saturday October 28, 2023, surrounded by her loved ones. Levita was born on February 28, 1931, in Arkansas to the late Ewalt and Lola Hudson; she was a believer in the Baptist faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Glenna Hudson and brother Cameron Hudson; three children, Sandra Gray, Joy Webb, and Bill Dickey; granddaughter, Dana Cooper; great-grandchildren Steven Wayne Hollingsworth, Jeffery Scott Hollingsworth, Stephanie Michelle Wilder, Jeff Webb, Carl Dickey, and Cameron Gwynn.
Survivors include her grandchildren Christopher (Tammy) Kehn, Joy Montgomery, Terri (Carl) Wilder, Linda Lambert and fiancé Robert Mason, Sandra Miller and Tommy (Belinda) Nurrenbern; great-grandchildren Christopher R. Kehn, Virginia Gage, Ashley Hollingsworth, Jermie Hollingsworth, Brandon (Lexi) Hollingsworth, Brittany Hollinsworth and fiancé Johnathan Slone, Samanta (Tagora) Wilder, Charlie Hollingsworth, Alicia (Caleb) Partin, Aaron and Arabella Hollingsworth, Chris Gwynn, Heather Gwynn, Joshua Gwynn, Destiny (Michael) Nolan, Andrew Fournier, Jenna Tew, Jermey (Shelby) Webb; a very special daughter-in-law that she thought dearly of, Kathy Dickey.
Per Levita’s wishes she was cremated by Brooks-Durham Funeral Home and will be buried with one of her children. She was loved dearly by everyone at the nursing home and always put a smile on their faces. She also leaves behind a host of great-great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
