Cora Miracle born May 23, 1929, to Johnnie and Emline Miracle, passed away at her home in Calvin, KY, on June 11, 2017 at the age 88. Cora was previously a homemaker and had worked 22 years as a housekeeper at Holiday Inn in South Ft. Mitchell, KY. She moved back here to the place she calls home in October of 1989.
She is survived by her brother, Earnest Miracle of Calvin, KY. Cora had three sisters: Dora Miracle Landrum; Elnora Klette; and Ethel Miracle Messer; she had three brothers who passed on: Oscar Miracle, James E. Miracle, and Elmer Miracle. Cora may not have had her own children but she helped raise her siblings and also her niece Shelia Boatright Johnson. Cora also played a big part in her niece Donna Terrell’s life growing up; she is survived by other nieces and nephews: Beverly and David; Debbie and Charles and Larry Wayne Miracle. She is also survived by her great nieces and nephews Brittany (Austin) Ratcliff; Krissy Terrell; Claudette Boatright Reynolds (Todd) and Justin Boatright
She was preceded in death by Vernon Klette, Charlotte Miracle and Amanda Boatright Starcher
The next generation was also blessed with Aunt Cora and her cooking. Jasee Boatright spent a lot of time with her and she cherished her. She loved all her great nieces and nephews: Kara Ann, Jasee, Haylee, Ivan, Dane, Gavin and Dallas Miller. She will be missed by all
