Billie Joe Mosley, age 81 a resident of Kettle Island departed this life, August 4, 2020 at Mountain View Nursing Home. He was born March 18, 1938 to the late Bill and Eller Mosley. Billie Joe had been a logger and saw mill operator.
In addition to his parents he was in death by his wife Barbara Mosley; brothers Pearl and Dewey Mosey; sisters Sarah Ruth Mosley and Betty Godsey.
Survivors include his brother Bobby Mosley and Niece Christine (Luther) Teague. A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be Saturday, August 8, 2020 at Brooks-Durham Funeral Home at 2PM with burial to follow.
The family will receive friends after 5PM on Friday, August 7, 2020 until 9PM at Brooks-Durham Funeral Home. The Brooks-Durham Funeral Home is honored to serve the Mosley family.
