Shelby Jean Neal age 74 of Pineville, KY passed away Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at Tri-State Manor in Harrogate, TN. She was born October 28, 1943 in Dunbar, Virginia to the late Shelburn and Nell Johnson Collett, she had been a homemaker and enjoyed singing and going to church.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Fred Neal, daughters Ramona Fuston and Sandy Mills; brother Andrew “Buddy” Collett, sister Marie Best and her husband Hoyt; and 1 great-grandchild.
Survivors include her sister Christine Browning, brother Roy Collett; grandchildren Ronnie Mills, Mark Brock and Holly Brock; 2 great-grandchildren.
