William "Bill" Perkins, age 52 of Middlesboro, KY passed away, December 26, 2021 at Hazard ARH. He was born January 24, 1969 in North Carolina to Jessie Lee Mullins Perkins.
He was preceded in death by his late wife, Patricia Perkins; his grandparents Raymond and Nannie Mullins; brother Robert Perkins.
Survivors include his wife, Sherry Perkins; daughter, Alexandria Perkins; brother Larry Perkins; niece, Jessica (Timmy) Bays; nephews, Robert and Matthew Perkins; a host of other family members and friends.
Per Mr. Perkins request he was cremated by Brooks-Durham Funeral Home; Memorial services will be January 1, 2022 at Brooks-Durham Funeral Home from 2PM until 4PM. The Brooks-Durham Funeral Home is honored to serve the Perkins family and ask that you keep them in your prayers.
