Sierra Posey

Sierra Nicole Posey, age 12 passed away January 7, 2020 at her home, she was born in Pineville, KY on May 22, 2007 to James Posey and Jennifer Posey. Sierra was in the 6th grade at Bell Central School Center and was loved by her classmates and the faculty.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother Beulah Faye Mullins; papaw William Boggs and Dillard Mullins, mamaw Cindy Baker; sister Cynthia Leeann Posey and brother Shawn Caleb Posey; two great-uncles Bobby Taylor and Gary Seigler and great-mamaw Mary Evelyn Seigler.

Left to mourn her passing are her mother Jennifer Ann Posey, father James Michael Posey; papaw James Larry Posey; great-uncle Andy Seigler; great-aunt Deanna Baker; brother Westley Posey; niece Emma Mae Posey; great-aunt Julia Taylor and family; special friends Destiny Womack, Heidy and a special-special friends whom she loved like a sister Hailey Overton; special friend Teresa Collett and her school bus driver Justin Seigler.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at Bell Central School Center at 7PM with Rev. Eric Good and Rev. Thomas Heck; burial will follow the next day January 15, 2020 at 10AM at Kincade Cemetery, Hurst Hollow, Hutch. Honorary pallbearers will be her 6th grade classmates.

The family will receive friends after 4PM on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 until the funeral hour at 7PM at Bell Central School Center. The Brooks-Durham Funeral Home is honored to serve the Posey-Mullins family and are in charge of all arrangements .
