Floyd Simpson

Floyd Simpson, age 57, of Ingram KY, passed away February 23, 2020 at Barbourville ARH. He was born in Harlan Co, KY, January 5, 1963 to the late Jack and Ima Jean Greene Simpson.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers, Dallas Simpson and Bryce Simpson; aunts and uncle Gerald Greene, Gladys Sweargin and Bernice Spencer.

Survivors include his sisters Vicki Reynolds, Bonita “Tinker” Thorton, Rita Young and Teresa (Keith) Bingham ; brother Theodore Simpson and Gerald Greene; uncle David (Olivia) Greene; a host of nieces, nephews other relatives, great-nieces and great-nephews and host of friends.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at 3PM at Brooks-Durham Funeral Home with Rev. Keith Bingham; burial will follow in Tackett Hill cemetery, Hulen, KY with Gerald Greene, Kody Bingham, Lawrence Simpson, Theo Simpson, Pacey Simpson and Roy Eldridge as pallbearers .

The family will receive friends after 1PM Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at Brooks-Durham Funeral Home until the funeral hour at 3PM.
