Charlotte Holland Smith, 55 passed away on Saturday August 13, 2011 at the Claiborne County Hospital, TN. She was born July 7, 1956, She was the daughter of the late Lewis and Dora Naiper Holland, She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband Ford Smith; brothers James Matt Holland, Lynn Carson Holland; sister Marcella Holland Steele.
She is Survived by her loving kids, Tabitha (Terry) Edmondson of Hwy 92; Tiffany (Jack) Raby of Kettle Island; brothers Phillip Holland and Marlin Holland both of Arjay; sisters Ester Hatfield of Henry Co, KY and Phyllis Knuckles of Emminance of KY; special friend Johnny Hunley of Tazewell, TN; grandchildren Brandon Scott Miller, Gregory Lee Miller, Latoshia Lashay Holland, Ethan Daniel Raby and Sydney Paige Raby; great-granddaughter Alivia Jayden Reed.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday August 17, 2011, at the Arjay Baptist Church with Rev. Bill Poore and Taylor Adams; Pallbearers; Grandsons and Friends Brandon Scott Miller, Gregory Lee Miller, Jamie (Latoshia) Reed, Michael Heming, Jody Jones and Terry Edmondson.
Burial will follow in Red Hill Cemetery at Arjay, KY.
The family will receive friends from 6 until 9 Monday August 15, 2011 at the Brooks-Durham Funeral Home and Tuesday August 16 after 11 am at the Arjay Baptist Church. The Brooks-Durham Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements and is honored to be serving the Smith family
