Donnie Smith age 52 of Fourmile, KY passed away March 9, 2017 at his home. He was born November 1, 1964 in Knox Co, KY to Corine Smith and the late Dennis Smith. He was a believer in the Pentecostal faith.
In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his brothers Lester Smith, Vincent Smith and infant William Smith; grandparents William and Laura Smith
Survivors include his mother Corine Smith; his ex-wife Sherry Ann Smith; three stepsons, Steven Ray Matthew, John David Matthew and Christopher Dustin Matthew; brothers Leon Smith, Marty Smith, Ronnie Smith and Dennis Smith; sister Patricia McGuire. A host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
