Allene Taylor, passed away peacefully at Rockcastle Regional Hospital in Mount Vernon, KY on August 12, 2012 at the age of 70 she was born on November 24, 1941 to the late Harold and Ida Patterson Gambrel . She had been Homemaker.
Allene was predeceased in death by her parents; sister Lucy Gambrel and brother Earl Gambrel.
She is survived and fondly remembered by her husband Elmer Taylor of Arjay, KY; Children and families of Marlene Claudette Knuckles, Danny Warren, Chris Taylor, Tim Taylor and Greg Taylor all of Arjay, KY and Elmer Taylor Jr., of Johnson City, TN; brothers and sisters; The families of Eugene Gambrel of Wolcott, IN, Arlee Gambrel of Columbia City, IN, Lester Gambrel of Middlesboro, KY, Ann Gambrel of Straight Creek, KY and Bonnie Woolum of Arjay, KY; A host of nieces , nephews, grandchildren, one great-grand child other relatives and friends
